Ordering & Payment

1. How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our shop, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the instructions to enter your shipping details and payment information.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

3. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

We start working on orders quickly, so if you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us within 24 hours. Once an order is in production or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment. Hopefully, soon....


5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing time for handmade items is typically 3-5 days. Shipping times vary based on location:
 • Domestic (U.S.): 5 - 7 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

6. What if my package is delayed or lost?

Once a package leaves our hands, we rely on the shipping carrier to deliver it. If your package is delayed or lost, please check the tracking info. If it’s been a long delay, contact us, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our items are handmade, we generally do not accept returns unless there is a defect or error on our part. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item.

8. What if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please email us within 10 days with photos of the damage, and we will work on a replacement or refund.

10. Can I request a gift message?

Absolutely! We offer personalized messages. Just leave a note at checkout, and we’ll take care of it.

11. How do I care for my handmade items?

Each product comes with care instructions, but here are some general tips:
• Dishcloths, Cotton Rounds, and Scouring Pads: Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle, and air dry.
